It is with pleasure that I welcome you to Dalby State School – a school steeped in history as one of the oldest public schools in Queensland. Over $3 million dollars worth of facility upgrades have taken place here over the last few years which have contributed to the establishment of a vibrant learning community.

Our focus to accept the challenge of catering for each child drives our thinking and makes our commitment to providing a range of programs in the academic, sporting, music and social development fields. Classes are realigned each year to cater for all children.
Our social skills program, learning support, sport and music program are consistently reviewed to reflect children’s changing needs and recognised developments in education. Positive school-wide behaviour management as with all learning, social skills and school routines need to be taught. Each week teachers will be advocating a new social skill and a school routine – “cool tool” - within their classrooms. These are then practised in a variety of settings.

Creekside Markets.
Thank you to those who have been able to help to co-ordinate stalls at the markets, donate goods or give up time.

Jump Rope
Jump Rope is on again. If you can help out with a donation, students have donation sheets to fill in. Students need all money into school by 28th Aug.
